Fall Program Committee

The TASFAA fall conference will be held at the Nashville Airport Marriott on October 12-14, 2008. The conference theme is "Kaleidoscope of Opportunity".

In preparing for this conference the committee has been extra diligent in being effective stewards of TASFAA funds in response to the significant reduction in sponsorship dollars over the past two years. The goal was to provide the same quality in training while reducing the cost of the conference. To accomplish this goal, programs will be provided online, opening speaker expenses eliminated and entertainment/meal expenses significantly reduced.

The conference committee has worked hard to provide a kaleidoscope of training for you throughout the conference. You will find sessions designed to benefit everyone, from new members to experienced ones. Session topics include the New Aid Officers all-day workshop lead by Ricky Taphorn to the Federal Update with Greg Martin presenting. As well, long time colleague and friend of TASFAA, David Gelinas, who recently moved out of state has agreed to join us one last time to present verification.
