District IV On December 5, 2007, District IV joined together with District III to hold their NASFAA Decentralized Training, “Counseling Students and Families: Tackling Financial Issues,” on the campus of the Tennessee Technology Center at Nashville. TASFAA Training Chair David Gelinas presented. Approximately 73 financial aid officers attended. Also, District IV had 4 locations participate in College Goal Sunday on February 10, 2008: Chattanooga State Tech Community College, Chattanooga Urban League, Cleveland State Community College and TTC McMinnville. Thank you to all the volunteers for making this event possible.
